About the project
We were invited to take part in a pitch for our client Primus Property, which we successfully won. The challenge was to bring the existing website up to date. Our focus was not only on a modern, appealing design, but also on optimizing the content and structure of the site. An important part of the project was the development of a fully responsive website that offers an optimal user experience on all devices. During the development process, we fundamentally revised both the visual design and the user guidance. Although not all planned elements were implemented due to budget constraints, we would like to show the case as presented. It illustrates our ability to develop creative solutions and create a website that meets current requirements and represents the Primus Property brand in the best possible way.

The basic design of the Primus Property website is clean and clear, with lots of white space and an accent color in Bordeaux. The tonality alternates between subtle typography and bold statements without losing sight of the customer focus. The focus is on a personal approach and competence. The desaturated image style gives the site a modern feel, while both projects and authentic everyday scenes are shown to give potential customers an insight into our environment.

Real estate valuation

As part of the pitch, we developed additional tools that offer a free real estate valuation. These tools were designed to encourage potential new customers to interact with the website and increase the conversion rate. By collecting addresses and contact details, we can generate valuable leads and expand Primus Property's customer base in a targeted manner. These interactive features not only increase user engagement, but also provide an efficient way to generate leads and optimize conversion.
