About the project
With SH POWER, we pursued the goal of optimizing the company's comprehensive communication strategy and raising awareness of its services. As a sustainable utility company that is actively shaping Schaffhausen's energy future, SH POWER faces the challenge of maintaining a balanced market communication due to its monopoly position. Our task was to develop an umbrella campaign that not only appeals to the various target groups, but also improves the company's image and promotes sales.

Analysis & Workshop

Together with SH POWER, we held a workshop to develop the customer journey, target groups including personas, and the unique selling points. This enabled us to develop customized communication strategies that reflect the needs and expectations of the population. By working closely together and drawing on SH POWER's expertise, we were able to design a campaign that communicates emotionally, informatively and factually without being loud, aggressive or intrusive.

Campaign wordplay & design templates

The campaign positions the company as a versatile, likeable and modern service provider. The central idea combines words with SH POWER's figurative mark, deliberately stopping viewers in their tracks and encouraging them to engage with the message. Targeted measures strengthen awareness of SH POWER, promote customer loyalty, increase market share and attract new customers. The campaign informs, breaks down prejudices, motivates, convinces and encourages. We also created standardized design templates and made them available to the customer to enable easy adaptation and uncomplicated handling. This allows SH POWER to use the materials flexibly and efficiently for their communication needs. The templates contain design elements, fonts, colors and brand imagery.
